Nick is an experienced Exit Planning Advisor with a passion for helping business owners manage, grow and successfully transition out of their companies. With experience as an owner himself and years in the field, Nick has developed a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in strategic business planning, and exit planning. As a trusted advisor, Nick works closely with clients to develop personalized strategies that take into account their unique goals, timelines, and circumstances. Known for their expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction, Nick is committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring a smooth and successful transition for his clients.

The focus of Nick’s business is working with Business owners to achieve financial independence through the coordination of their Personal, financial and business values. Nick works with a wide range of clients, but he specializes in working business owners who operate in the $5,000,000 - $25,000,000 revenue range and helping them decide “whats next?”. Whether that be a transition to a family member, sale to a third party, strategic acquisition, or another means of exit, finding the exit option that will align with the owners value systems, goals and finances is a imperative to a successful transition.

Nick’s comprehensive approach is similar to that of a Macro Manager: he works with the important professionals in your life, including Attorneys, CPAs, Business Attorneys, and others, to best understand the ripple effect every financial decision has in ones life, and to ensure all his clients moving parts are working in concert with one another to maximize the financial potential of every decision being made.

Education is another cornerstone of Nick’s business and personal life. Learning the importance of business, marketing, and budgeting at a young age - always eager to improve and learn more not only about the world of finance but himself, allows him to carry this passion for learning and teaching to his clients and maintains a truly educational approach to his planning. Making sure his clients fully understand the concepts, while testing and verifying ideas alongside them.

Nick is a graduate of Salve Regina University for both his Bachelors in Finance and Masters in Homeland Security and Intelligence with a concentration in Cyber Security.

Nick, his girlfriend Mallorie and son Tyler reside in Woburn, Ma. Summers are spent at the cottage on Suncook Lake in New Hampshire and Winters are spent snowboarding throughout New England. In his spare time, he enjoys Golf, Fishing, Freediving, Coaching Soccer, hiking, snowboarding and cooking.
